A small guesthouse in a quiet corner of Moalboal
OIA Suites sits on Oltmanns Road in Tongo, Basdiot, a residential lane just before Turtle Bay Dive Resort. It is a two-storey house finished to European standards in 2025, with six guest suites upstairs and a large shared kitchen, dining and living area downstairs. A small beach with good snorkelling is a two-minute walk away; Panagsama Beach and the dive shops are 13 minutes on foot or five minutes by scooter.
The house is run on site by a small local team from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a family member reachable through the night. Guests can book tours, motorbikes, laundry and transfers at the counter, and every arriving guest is collected free of charge from Jollibee Moalboal or the bus stop.
