Most small hotels in Moalboal send their linen to a third party or wash it in a household machine. OIA Suites controls the whole cycle itself. The rate is the shop rate of PHP 190 per load of up to 9 kilos, paid at check-out or directly at collection. Delicate items and anything that should not go in the dryer can be marked; the team passes it on.

For longer stays this adds up. Digital nomads and travellers staying a week or more can travel with a small backpack and have laundry done once or twice a week for less than the price of a meal on Panagsama. Divers get salty wetsuit shirts and towels back dry the next morning.

Doing it yourself

Anyone who prefers self-service can bring laundry to the shop in Moalboal town, use a machine for PHP 65 and wait with free WiFi and a drink. The shop also does printing and copying, which is handy for boarding passes and permits.
